Scan Types

First trimester Nuchal Scan

Checks fetal development and assess the risk for Chromosome anomalies. It measures blood flow to the uterus and checks the cervix to assess risk for premature birth. 

Detailed  scan at 20-24 weeks

Checks that all fetal organs develop normally, measures the fetal size and checks blood flow and cervix.

Gynecology Ultrasound scan

Checks the development of the uterus, Fallopian tubes and ovaries. It assesses the ovarian reserve
